GAITERS

Snow gaiters are an invaluable invention for mountain trips on rainy, muddy or snowy days. They protect the trouser legs from dirt and at the same time keep the rain or snow away from the top of  your boots. They’ll help you get through the biggest snowdrifts and keep the boots dry – kids just love to test this latest functionality… 😉

Our “Stampies” have a very wide upper, so it’s easy to put them on over thick, insulated winter trousers. At the top they have a drawcord which can be adjusted with one hand, so they have a close fit, don’t slide down and protect the trousers and boots. There’s another elastic strap that goes underneath the shoe to keep the gaiter pulled down – it can also be adjusted using just one hand. At the front you’ll find a hook that attaches to the laces and keeps the “Stampy” in place.

Stampies are made from a waterproof, durable fabric. Around the upper you’ll find a high vis strip to make your child more visible.

Our gaiters will suit both children who are just starting their adventure with walking, and older hikers. The height of the stampies is 25 cm, they should comfortably be used up to approx. 135 cm tall / max. shoe size 36/37.

Composition: 100% Polyester

Washing instructions:

• wash in 30 degrees Celsius (whenever possible it’s best to remove any dirt with a moist cloth only)
• do not dry in the tumble dryer
• do not chlorinate
• do not wash chemically
• wash with similar colours
