JACKET/VEST 2IN1 “TRANSFORMER”

Our “Transformer” is a fusion of a vest with a jacket. On the whole it is waterproof, very warm, comfortable and extremely practical. What’s very important to us – the insulation we use in the vest is made from 55% recycled materials.

“Transformer” is made from a thin waterproof fabric with breathable lining and PrimaLoft insulation. All three layers are quilted sonically, which means without a needle, to leave the fabric’s structure unspoiled and fully waterproof.

The vest features a zip-off sleeves and hood – once attached, you get a fully-functional, 100% complete jacket. You can also opt out of the sleeves and purchase the vest on its own.

With our “Transformer” jacket we always include a compression pouch where you can put the vest or the sleeves. The vest packed like this fits into our Giga belt bag.

What is PrimaLoft?

It’s a synthetic insulation – an alternative to a natural down, and superior in a few ways. Most importantly: it keeps you warm even when it’s wet! It doesn’t get dirty or clamp, so it doesn’t lose its elasticity (this characteristic is most important when it comes to material’s thermal specifications).

In our products we use PrimaLofts most advanced insulation version – Gold – a relatively thin insulation (which gives us low weight of the vest) that offers very high thermal characteristics.

PrimaLofts main advantages:

• It’s super light, super soft and super elastic.
• It keeps you warm even when it’s wet and it dries quickly.
• It’s made of 55% recycled polyester. 
• It is windproof.
• It’s antiallergic and resistant to fungi and bacterias.

You can wear the Transformer over a t-shirt, longsleeve or a blouse. In winter it can be used as an additional warming layer – under our softshell Activist jackets.

Washing instructions

• wash in 30 degrees Celsius in mild detergents
• do not dry in the dryer
• do not chlorinate
• do not iron
• do not wash chemically
• wash with similar colours
• we recommend washing with an impregnating agent
