INSULATED HOOD

The insulated hood “Mabby” – an ingenious product for autumn and winter. It’s a combination of a hat, neck warmer and a hood. It’s a great alternative to scarves and comforters, which are not great at protecting the nape. It’s also a great addition to hoodless jackets.

Mabby works as a traditional warmer around the neck, but can also be used as a hood over a hat (an additional protection from cold, wind or falling snow) or over a bare head (thanks to a drawcord Mabby can be turned into tightly fitting balaclava).

Its great advantage (especially for babywearing parents) is the fact that the baby won’t be able to take it off and that it won’t slide off uncovering little one’s ears like a traditional hat. Staying on the subject – Mabby has very funky teddy bear ears :D.

The outer side of the insulated hood is made of soft, fluffy and warm fur. The inner side is finished with a patterned knit – this is an extremely soft material which is 95% cotton and 5% elastane, so it stretches but does not unravel 🙂

Composition:
Outer layer: 100% Polyester
Inner layer: 95% cotton, 5% elastane

Washing instructions:

Wash in 30 degrees Celsius using mild detergents
Wash with similar colours
Do not dry in the tumble dryer
Ironing temp up to 110℃
Do not chlorinate
Do not bleach
Do not wash chemically
