To help you choose the right Nospill suit we collected all the crucial information here regarding our ‘special tasks’ suit.
Why is it worth having? Because it allows kids to be kids and enjoy their time outdoors, no matter the weather! Parents can forget about constant nagging about getting messy, staying warm or not getting wet.
Most important facts about NOSPILL suits:
1. It’s made out of softshell:
- waterproof (100 000 mm)
- breathable (5 000g/m2/24h)
- windproof
2. It’s reinforced with polyamide patches on bum and knees, which protect from scrapes and scratches, and create an additional barrier for water in the most vulnerable spots.
3. It grows together with your child – a special adjustment system used in the suit means it grows up to three sizes with your child, extending up to 20 cm! You can separately adjust (every 1cm) the trouser legs, sleeves and torso length. It means you can fit your little one perfectly, as each child is different and grows at their own pace!
4. The main zip opens from the top or the bottom – perfect solution for boys, who need to quickly relieve themselves in the field ;). It’s very useful for girls as well – to straighten/adjust the clothes that rolled up or to ventilate when it’s too hot! Unzipped from the top the suit might slip, when undone up from the bottom it stays in place.
5. Spacious hood can be adjusted to your child’s head size. It’s essential when it’s really windy, it’s pouring with rain or it’s snowing heavily.
6. High vis patches are sewed on in 7 places on the suit – your child will be visible from all directions and the longest possible distance.
7. Two elastic bands in the trouser legs – first one ensures the fabric fits closely around the wellies etc. The second one goes under the sole, so that the trouser leg doesn’t roll up during intensive play.
8. It is possible to order a fleece or wool insert (soft, non-itchy wool), which turns your NOSPILL into an all year clothing (we’ll talk about it more below).
