You can find our lead times next to each product. Some of the products are in stock and you’ll see the available quantities. These products will be sent to you up to two working days from the receipt of payment. Other products are made to order and their lead-times are longer.

MaBiBi’s wonders are all hand stitched. Many of them are available in various configurations with a broad choice of patterns and accessories. All of these aspects are relevant to the highest quality and uniqueness of our products, as well as their lead times. This is why we have a safe term of 14 working days for production from the receipt of payment to dispatch of your order. It also varies throughout the year – longest being in our busy period from September till December and going down to about a week during the rest of the year. 

We reserve the right to extend the lead-time due to circumstances arising beyond our reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, delays in the delivery of our materials. We do not accept responsibility for courier company delays.

How does it work?

If the product is available from stock we’ll hold it for you for two working days to receive and account for the payment. If unpaid after this time your reservation will be cancelled and the product will go back into stock. 

If you’re ordering more products, even if some of them are available from stock, we’ll always adhere to the longest lead time. So, if you’d really like to receive the stock product sooner please get in touch directly with us on kontakt@mabibi.pl or place two separate orders online.
